ASOGear reserves the right to ship Canadian orders using FedEx or Canada Post.

We are able to ship to a PO Box in Canada

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY:
All international shipments are shipped with FedEx International Priority and are subject to any duties and taxes your country may or may not charge.
We require phone numbers for all international shipments please ensure you include it. We are unable ship international orders without a phone numbers.
Buyers are responsible for all import or VAT fees associated with your purchase, ASOGear is unable to mark items as "gifts".

Warranty Warranty
All products are new unless otherwise stated, such cases include demos and mounted skis. These will be clearly identified in the listings; these products are sold 'as is'.
Manufacturers provide warranties against defects and workmanship only.
Please see individual manufacturer's websites for detailed information regarding specific policies.
The manufacturer will make all warranty decisions.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please contact us through eBay messages to start the warranty process.
Returns Returns
ASOGear will accept returns up to 14 days after receiving the item. It will be your responsibility to send it back to our location in Oakville, Ontario, Canada at your cost.
Your refunded amount will be the purchase price of your item minus our cost of shipping the item to you (to a maximum of $40).
We must receive returning goods within 30 days of issued RA #. Returning packaging is expected to be in similar condition it was received in; do not discard any packaging before you are completely satisfied with your purchase. All items must be returned in the same condition they are received in. Boot and Binding boxes must not be defaced, charges will apply.
If you are returning the item due to a mistake on our part, we will make all efforts to correct the situation. Please contact us immediately, our team is dedicated to ensuring you have a positive eBay experience.
If you are planning to return the product for any reason please initiate an eBay return in the My eBay section of your account. Once we receive this we will reply to you with a Return Authorization number and instructions for returning the product back to us in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. We require all returning packages to clearly state the RA # and "Returning Goods" on the packaging. Do not return any product prior to receiving RA # or you will not receive any compensation.
