Lightweight, multi sport D30 protection shorts that can be attached to
corresponding top for full neck to coccyx protection.
DEMON FLEX FORCE X D30 V3 SHORT 2019A great protective short from Demon with
plenty of protection and using the highly rated D30 material which absorbs
shocks as it hardens on impact and then returns to its original state. These
shorts will keep you safe while having a slimmer profile so not to spoil the
fit of your ski/snowboard pant. The coccyx protection is reinforced on these
pants with a higher piece of D30 which sits just above the waistline for even
more protection against bumps and knocks from hard and icy surfaces. They
fitted with the Xconnect system - X-connect means that compatible Demon tops
and lower body protection can be connected together, giving integrated neck to
coccyx protection. These impact shorts incorporates D30 material at three
separate sites, to cover the most strategically important points- the tailbone
and the two sit-bones.

This is not a part time operation, so we usually process and dispatch orders
within one working day, items paid for before 2.00pm. between Tuesday - Friday
usually get processed & dispatched the same day, (Monday is usually too busy as
we are dealing with the weekend orders as well).Courier delivery, (larger
items), have to be booked in, so same day dispatch may not be possible.

U.K. COURIER SERVICE PRICING:Courier prices given are quoted for MAINLAND UK
ONLY, ( will not let us put in separate postage for these locations).
Delivery by courier will cost more to: N. Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man,
Scottish Highlands & Islands, etc. The Channel Islands are classed as an
international destination by courier services. Please ask us for a shipping
cost before ordering if you are from these regions as postage will be more
expensive, and have to be invoiced and paid for before a delivery can be
booked. YOUR DELIVERY INFORMATION..... IS YOUR ADDRESS CORRECT ?This is basic
information, but it happens and people miss out parts of their address when
placing orders. If you do not put your full address or you have a wrong or
incorrect address registered with or paypal, your order will not be able
too get to you!PLEASE make sure the delivery address on your payment is the
correct and full address, as that is where it will get sent. If you give your
old address we can not redirect it for you, (as once the Royal Mail have it
this is not possible). When, or if, it is returned to us you will be liable for
any postage costs for re-sending to your “correct address”.Remember you are
paying for it to be sent to the address stated on the payment. If that is wrong
then it's not our fault. IF A DELIVERY WAS ATTEMPTED - COLLECT YOUR ITEMIf a
card comes through your door letting you know of an attempted delivery please
make sure that you do something about it!Do not wait for weeks, as if you do
the package will be returned to us and you will have to pay the postage costs
to get it resent.If you do not receive your item within the expected time
please contact us, don’t just wait, as it will most likely be at a postal depot
close to you. This happens a lot!!. Contacting your local Royal Mail depot is a
very good idea, if you think your package is overdue.
RETURNS:Any items purchased can be returned, within 30 days of your purchase,
we do allow longer in relation to Christmas). Items are returned at your own
expense. Any returned items must be in the same condition as sold to you. e.g.
In a new and un-used condition, with packaging where supplied. If you return
an item to us that has been used it will be send back to you at your cost! When
we receive the order back we will take the appropriate action through , and
either refund your money or send out new goods. The returns process must
be completed to get the full cost of the item you returned refunded, (or
will keep the commission and that commission will be deducted from your refund).
ERRORS IN YOUR ORDER:This is not going to happen...... Okay it might, after
all we are only human!! If we have made an error in your order, please contact
us ASAP so it can be resolved.
IF IN DOUBT, GET IN TOUCH...
It should go without saying, but if you have any questions, please get in
touch and we will answer them if we can. If you do not get a response it may be
that your message never got to us, (this can happen with messages). Or it
may be that you sent the message on a Friday afternoon, and no one will be
there to see it until Monday, (we do have life's away from )!! If you get
no reply within 5 days, try again.
As we sell a lot of items on we don't get time to personally leave
feedback. This is why our feedback is done automatically through our shops
package. It will automatically leave you positive feedback once positive
feedback has been left for us. If you leave negative or neutral feedback you
