This ad is for two (2) matching pair of leather gloves. These
ski/snow/snowboard gloves were purchased in Zermatt, Switzerland, many years
ago (circa 1981), but have only been worn a couple of times. We packed them
away in a climate-controlled room in a smoke-free home. The brand appears to be
RIKL or RIKI, but I am not certain. These are of a high-quality outer leather
in perfect condition. The individual colorful leather strips allow you to bend
knuckles easily. The gloves have a 3-4 inch top white zipper for ease in
putting them on. The palm of the gloves has a reinforced piece of black
leather, which makes a nice contrast to the white leather. Note the elasticity
and contour around the wrist area.
The tag inside the smaller gloves says 7 ½ and the manufacturer's name. The
other pair is size 8 ½. While the inside flannel lining is useable as is,
please note that both of the gloves’ linings are slightly discolored with age
and have some small tears (not all are pictured). Or you can wear your own
liner.
We are the one and only owners. The heavy-duty leather is in great condition
and should last many, many years. It has already survived 40 years!
Please ask any questions prior to purchase. These 2 pair of gloves are
one-of-a-kind (I guess I should say two-of-a-kind)! Thank you for looking.
